The collection has resources in all media for adults and children and a small collection of material in Spanish. In addition to banks of public computers, unique to a library this size is a dedicated e-Gov computer that customers can use to search out and apply for aid, benefits, enroll in health insurance, create resumes, search for employment and prepare taxes. A unique outdoor feature of the Dania Beach Library is the playing of classical music via speakers installed on the library wall near park benches and the city water fountain.

HELPS REINTEGRATE OFFENDERS BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY FOLLOWING RELEASE FROM JAIL.THE DIVISION PROVIDES OFFENDERS WITH SUPPORT MECHANISMS NEEDED TO TRANSITION SUCCESSFULLY BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY.

The collection includes fiction and non-fiction in regular and Large Print, youth materials (including graphic novels), audiovisual materials and materials in Portuguese, which serve a large Brazilian population. The Friends Book Store/Gift Shop is open during most library hours and a large auditorium enables the branch to present frequent, diverse programs.
