The collection contains an international selection of French, Russian and Spanish books, and DVDs in many languages. Materials at the branch cater to a wide range of interests of working adults, seasonal residents and college students, along with the recreational needs of a large senior retirement community who appreciate the branch’s strong collection of Large Print items. Computer use is an extremely popular amenity as French Canadian, Caribbean, Russian, Latino and visiting users communicate with friends and family long distance. As well, computers are used for seeking employment and applying for government benefits.

Over 80,000 items are contained in the collection, crossing all areas of interest and robust in all media, including Spanish-language material in a community that is now significantly bilingual. The 120-seat multi-purpose room provides an ideal location for branch programs, meetings and classes. The Computer Technology Center is a 24-seat computer lab for public use with free classes for all ranges of technical ability. And the Story Time Room provides a comfortable environment to listen to stories, watch movies and participate in crafts.
